Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Pesevere, you agree to the policy outlined below. These terms apply to all customers within the United Kingdom.

A. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

B. How to Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@pesevere.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for such cases are fully covered by us.

D. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective items, incorrect products, or size issues. Please contact support@pesevere.com to arrange an exchange.

E. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

F. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is within 14 business days after inspection. Bank or card providers may take additional time to complete the refund.
