Order Cancellation
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

What happens after cancellation:
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
After 24 Hours
Once 24 hours have passed or your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the item(s) according to our 30-day return policy below.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Return Process

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include the return authorization number
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Send items to our returns address (provided in return authorization)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
Return Processing
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Defective or Incorrect Items

- We will cover return shipping costs
- We will expedite a replacement or refund
- Extended return period may apply for defective items

International Returns
For international customers:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
