1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all UK orders, with no hidden or additional charges.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
After processing, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is 6–14 business days.
4. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@pesevere.com.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

All payments are processed securely in GBP (£).
8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, a £20 return shipping fee applies.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
12. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable:
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items without original tags
Final sale or clearance items
Certain personal or intimate items for hygiene reasons
13. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you would like a different size or color, please contact us. In most cases, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
14. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please email support@pesevere.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
15. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order appears delayed or lost, contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution.
